Dr. Scholl was raised in Oceanside, California. As a high school student, she started working for a local veterinary hospital. She attended Cal Poly Pomona and graduated with honors with a bachelor's degree in animal science. She then went on to receive her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University.

After graduation, she went to work at an emergency and specialty hospital in Colorado. In April 2015, Dr. Scholl returned to southern California and was employed at Butterfield Animal Hospital. In practice, she has a special interest in client education and internal medicine.

While attending school in Colorado, she met her soon-to-be husband, Travis Scholl. When she is not working, Dr. Scholl enjoys spending time with her family, Jackie (her Rottweiler), Mittens (her cat), and Frogsbe (her frog). In her free time, Dr. Scholl enjoys the outdoors. She loves running on the beach and riding dirt bikes in the desert.
